PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent further electronic distribution as electronically distributing information. SOLUTION: Print restriction of a source document (11) is executed. The source document (11) is encrypted and an encoded document (15) is generated. The encoded document (15) is combined with a program object (16) and a document (18) with print restriction is formed. The document (18) with print restriction is received by a user. When the user executes the document (18) with print restriction, the program object (16) executed. The program object (16) monitors decoding of the encoded document (15) and print of the source document (11) on a printer (41). |
