SOLUTION: This device has an automatic scheduling terminal for managing the schedule of transfer between terminals, a ranking means for ranking the efficiency of transfer by time zones with the other terminal for each terminal, a schedule list managing means for managing the party terminal name, data name and transfer time zone of the transfer schedule set for each terminal, and a designation enable time and efficiency rank editing means for editing a schedule designation enable time zone and the rank of transfer efficiency for each terminal and reporting them to the terminal of a data transfer source at the time of data transfer scheduling.
