PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas laser device which is capable of efficiently outputting a laser output without complicating it in structure. SOLUTION: A gas laser device has a function of generating laser rays by exciting laser medium gas by electrical discharge that takes place between a pair of main discharge electrodes installed in a chamber, where a gas circulating fan that generates a flow of laser medium gas between the pair of main discharge electrodes is provided, and the inner wall of the chamber is formed into a curved surface serving as a guide plate to guide a flow of laser medium gas circulated by the fan to a gap between the main discharge electrodes. |
