PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of originating an electronic journal whose history is difficult to alter. SOLUTION: A menu display part 1 allows a customer to select a menu. A face image capturing part 2 captures an image of the customer's face using a camera. A card embossing image capturing part 3 captures a card embossing image using an image sensor provided at a bankcard conveying part. A service executing part 4 provides the services selected by the customer on the menu display part 1, e.g. withdrawal, deposit and transfer. A customer transaction data image processing part 5 embeds customer transaction data in a predetermined chart and images it. A journal data synthesizing part 6 synthesizes the image of the face, the card embossing image, and customer transaction image data in a predetermined format as journal data. A journal data storage part 7 stores the synthesized journal data in an HDD provided in a system, and periodically transfers the data to an MO(magnet optical). |
