<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level shifter used for a sense circuit or the like, that shifts input voltage level and outputs an amplified output voltage. SOLUTION: When an input voltage is given to an input node Ain of the level shifter 400 with an amplification function, a current from a power supply flows through a P-channel MOS transistor(TR) 401 and a current mirror circuit 410 supplies the same current to an N-channel MOS TR 412. Thus, the input voltage level is shifted and an amplified output voltage is outputted from output nodes Aout1, Aout2.</p> |
