PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a maximum value of an SAR(Specific Absorption Rate) without the need for short-circuiting a conductive flat plate and a ground conductor. SOLUTION: In a mobile wireless unit 1 where an enclosure made of a nonconductive material covers a printed circuit board for wireless communication, a shield case 2 acting like the ground conductor is provided to cover the printed circuit board and a conductive flat plate 3, and an antenna feeding section 4 and ran antenna 5 are provided. The conductive flat plate 3 is placed to the shield case 2 in such a manner that both ends in the length direction are open ends.
