PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring report device capable of properly reporting a trouble to an administrator and reducing unnecessary reports. SOLUTION: This monitoring report device is equipped with a device condition storing table 18 to store the trouble information of plural devices to be monitored, an information storing table 19 for an operational configuration to store an information addressee number corresponding to the device to be monitored with every operational configuration, and an alarm information storing table 20 to store alarm information produced by relating the trouble information to the information addressee number, and is to report to a designated addressee based on this alarm information. The alarm information can be produced when the operational configuration is in an operating condition, and can be also produced when the present time is in the reporting time band determined for the information addressee.
