<p>A lubricating oil holding device on the sliding surface of an oil chamber inside shaft sealing device in a submerged pump, wherein lubricating oil is surely prevented from being dissipated from the inside center part in the direction of the periperal wall of an oil chamber in a submerged pump and air is prevented from being mixed into the lubricating oil by an oil film forming action toward an oil flowout port regardless of a variation in the number of rotations of a pump shaft, whereby effective lubricating and cooling actions of the shaft sealing device can be performed.</p> |
