Compositions comprising a PKC inhibitor, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and an antioxidant, essential fatty acid, or a prostacyclin agent, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof are provided. Also provided are methods of treatment comprising administration of such compositions, and methods of treatment comprising co-administration of a PKC inhibitor, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and an antioxidant, essential fatty acid, or a prostacyclin agent, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
