<p>The present invention relates generally to methods and systems that enable organizations to make secure a wide array of electronic transactions such as business-to-business transactions over corporate extranets. One aspect of the present invention, allows companies to work through an extranet with existing and new business partners. The new business partners are directed to obtain certification from a certification authority, which takes corporate information from the business partners and verifies them. If the corporate information is verified against third party sources, a digital certificate is automatically issued.</p> |
