A mirror-adjusting device especially for laser-processing machines has the mirror (16) fastened to a fixed frame (10) in adjustable fashion and electric linear motors (1) are located effectively between the frame and the mirror for the mirror adjustment. They work on the mirror elements (18). The frame has a triangular shape. Three linear motors are located on the three frame sides with their stators so that the movement direction (20) of their rotors (4) runs essentially vertically to the plane of the frame triangle.
