PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problems of a conventional steel netting float having a large welded construction and a vacuumed tank shape for preventing the submersion of water, which causes cracks at the welded portions of the tank due to the collision of large drift woods, or an increased weight due to submersion in the tank caused by corrosion or deterioration, resulting in the weight of water in the tank exceeding the force of buoyancy of the tank and the sinking of the steel float to water. SOLUTION: Polystyrene foam is placed in the float and its performance as a float is never lost in this configuration even though water enters into the inner space of the float.
