PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which can stably transfer a toner image even if a transfer current leaks. SOLUTION: A toner image formed on an image carrier 1 is transferred to a sheet P by applying the transfer voltage generated by a transfer voltage generating means 20 to a transfer means 5. Then a transfer voltage control means 21 varies the transfer voltage by controlling the transfer voltage generating means 20, deciding that the sheet P reaches a specific position from the detection signal from a position detecting means 9 when the toner image is transferred. |
