摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic spring clutch preventing a coil spring from being bitten into a clearance between a boss part of an input pulley and a flange part of an output hub when transmitting torque. SOLUTION: This electromagnetic spring clutch is so constituted that a coil spring 4 is wound around the outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical part 1a of the input pulley 1 and the outer peripheral surface of the flange part 7a of the output hub 7 to transmit torque of the input pulley 1 to a pump shaft 8 of a water pump heater through the output hub 7. In this constitution, the output hub 7 and the pump shaft 8 are integrally formed, and two parts of the pump shaft 8 are supported by bearings 9. The pump shaft 8 and the output shaft 7 are thereby prevented from inclining, and a clearance between the cylindrical part 1a of the input pulley 1 and the flange part 7a of the output hub 7 is not enlarged to avoid a bite phenomenon of the coil spring 4.</p>
