PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater easily movable even by little force when moving the heater and doing no damage to a floor surface and a Tatami. SOLUTION: This heater is provided with an enclosing case 2 having a placing tray 7 in a bottom part, and incorporates a combustion part 3, an oiling tank 4 and an oil receiving pan 5 in this enclosing case 2, and is provided with a caster mechanism 8 in a side surface lower part of the enclosing case 2. The caster mechanism 8 is composed of an installing base body 14 installed in the enclosing case 2, a caster support 9 journaled to this installing base body 14 so as to freely rise up and fall down, a caster 10 supported by this caster support 9 and a lock body 16 for locking this falling state when the caster support 9 falls.
