PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of eliminating a step of forming a block copy and suitable not only to print only a plurality but also to print a small number. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus for coping and printing by using an ink comprises a cylindrical image carrier formed of an alloy capable of storing its shape by applying a heat and having a function as the block copy, a heater for forming the block copy of a heating mechanism for forming a copy image on the carrier, an ink coating mechanism for coating the carrier with the ink and a cleaning mechanism for cleaning a stain on the carrier.
