<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerometer mountable in a small space and reducing mounting man-hours. SOLUTION: An IC chip 2 is mounted and fixed onto a base 1. A circuit of a constant voltage source, an acceleration sensor, a microprocessor, and the like required for measuring acceleration is formed at the IC chip 2 as shown in a circuit figure afterwards. Each of two wiring from the IC chip 2 is connected to a pin 4 through a bonding wire 3. Two pins 4 are embedded piercing the base 1, and the bonding wires 3 are connected to the upper end faces. Such a structure body is molded in epoxy resin or the like as shown in (b). A hermetic seal or the like made of metal may be used instead of molding in resin or the like. A mold 5 is provided with a screw part 6 so as to be screwed and fixed to the head of a bolt.</p> |
