PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the repeatability of a constant trace determination. SOLUTION: This liquid suction pipe is formed of a long and narrow pipe. The pipe is provided at its tip with a through hole formed in an orthogonal direction to a pipe axis, and a plane end face formed in a direction of forming an acute angle to the pipe axis. An intersection part of a hole of the pipe and the through hole is exposed to the end face. |
