PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission of an engine capable of improving inspection and maintenance properties when necessary to rotate a crankshaft. SOLUTION: In this power transmission of the engine provided with a V belt type continuously variable mechanism connecting a drive side pulley 42 mounted in an outer end part of the crankshaft 7 with a driven side pulley 43 mounted in an outer end part of a main shaft 9 by a V belt in a belt case 45 provided on one side of a crank case 2, the outer end part of the crankshaft 7 is supported through a bearing by an outer case 50 constituting the belt case 45, and the drive side pulley 42 is fixed on the crankshaft 7 by a nut 49 protruding outside the outer case 50 and fixed in a protruding part by screwing.
