PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin-based resin composition capable of providing a film excellent in antifogging properties at a low temperature, and suitable for packaging a food delivered, preserved and sold in a frozen state and/or a refrigerated state. SOLUTION: This polyolefin-based resin composition is obtained by mixing 1.0-5.0 pts.wt. antifogging agent with 100 pts.wt. polyolefin-based resin. The antifogging agent comprises (1) an antifogging agent selected from a fatty acid ester of glycerol and a fatty acid ester of a sorbitan, and (2) a polyoxyalkylene ether, regulated so that the mixed amount of the component (1) may be 0.5-3.0 pts.wt., and the mixed amount of the component (2) may be 0.5-2.0 pts.wt.
