SPR SENSOR PLATE AND IMMUNOREACTION-MEASURING APPARATUS USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SPR sensor plate easy to manufacture which facilitates fixing an antibody and holding a specimen and, an immunoreaction-measuring apparatus using the sensor plate. SOLUTION: There are set a plate-shaped optical waveguide 3 for passing the light from a light source 21 and a metal film 5 for sensing which is formed to part of a surface of the optical waveguide 3. A metal film 7 for reflection is formed to an end face opposite to the optical waveguide 3 excluding a plane of injection 9 and a plane of emission 11 of the light. The plane of injection 9 and the plane of emission 11 are made inclined faces of the same inclination.
