PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection film having superior antireflection effect and contamination resistance and formable by heat curing or by a photo-curing reaction even in the presence of oxygen. SOLUTION: The antireflection film is obtained by heat-curing and/or photo- curing a coating composition containing (A) a product prepared by hydrolyzing and condensing an organosilane of the formula (R1)nSi(OR2)4-n and (B-1) a fluorine-containing acrylic polymer having a silyl group with a silicon atom bonding to a hydrolyzable group and/or a hydroxyl group and/or (B-2) a fluorine-containing vinyl ether polymer having a silyl group with a silicon atom bonding to a hydrolyzable group and/or a hydroxyl group or further containing (B-3) an acrylic polymer having a silyl group with a silicon atom bonding to a hydrolyzable group and/or a hydroxyl group, (G) a photo-acid generating agent and (H) a dehydrating agent if necessary.
