PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp device simplifying a clamp body and capable of reducing in slide resistance when drawing out an inner pipe. SOLUTION: This clamp device comprises a clamp body 10 provided in an outer pipe 2, an intermediate ring 11 received in the clamp body 10, and an operating mechanism 30. The clamp body 10 is locked to the outer pipe 2 by a member 28 for locking of movement. The intermediate ring 11 is provided with a large diametric part 12 abutting to an external peripheral surface of the outer pipe 2 and a small diametric part 13 abutting to an external peripheral surface of an inner pipe 3. The clamp body 10 has fastening arms 22, 23, a first fastening surface 25 abutting to the large diametric part 12 of the intermediate ring 11, and a second fastening surface 26 abutting to the small diametric part 13. When the operating mechanism 30 is operated in a lock position, the pipes 2, 3 are fastened respectively by the large/small diametric parts 12, 13 of the intermediate ring 11, when the operating mechanism 30 is operated in an unlock position, fastening relating to the pipes 2, 3 is released.
