PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in mechanical characteristics of moldings therefrom such as tensile strength, elongation, hardness or the like and having good oil resistance while maintaining moldability. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises a precursor for graft polymer or a graft copolymer, an acrylic rubber and a cross-linking agent. The precursor for graft polymer is obtained by copolymerizing a radically polymerizable organic peroxide and an alkyl acrylate in an olefin based polymer. The graft copolymer is obtained by melting and kneading the precursor for graft polymer, and comprises the olefin based polymer segment and a vinyl based copolymer segment formed from the alkyl acrylate and one of the both segments disperses in the other segment as fine particles of 0.01-1μm to form a dispersed phase. The crosslinking agent forms a crosslinked structure between the precursor for graft polymer or the graft copolymer and the acrylic rubber.
