PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge cap which can totally join a protuberance in an over cap to the opening of a spout cylinder even when the distal end of the spout cylinder has a bent shape, and can prevent a liquid leakage. SOLUTION: The spout cylinder 22 is formed in such a manner that the distal end may tilt to the central line F at the cap center. Then, the over cap 24 is connected by a hinge 26 with the external edge of the cap main body top section 18 on the opposite side from the tilting direction side of the distal end 22a of the spout cylinder 22 for this hinge cap. In such a hinge cap, a closing section 24a which closes a spout 20a is formed in a manner to protrude from the internal surface of the over cap 24. In this case, the closing section 24a closes the spout 20a by coming into contact with the spout 20a at the distal end 22a of the spout cylinder when the over cap 24 is fitted on the cap main body 16. Also, a contact protuberance 28 is formed on the upper surface of the top section 18 of the cap main body in the vicinity of the hinge 26. In this case, the contact protuberance 28 comes into contact with the internal surface of the over cap 24 when the cap main body 16 is fitted, and presses the over cap in the opposite direction from the tilting direction of the distal end of the spout cylinder. |
