PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely grasp a salt intake by registering names of cooking/food special to a user and ingredient data such as salt content data and making the data available repeatedly. SOLUTION: An intake salinometer is provided with a storage means storing names of cooking/food, salt content data of the cooking/food, and content data other than the salt content data, a registration means registering the name of cooking/food, its salt content data, and the content data other than the salt data in the storage means, a computing means obtaining the content data of the cooking/food from the registration means according to the name of cooking/ food to be ingested and computing the salt intake from the obtained content data, and an indicating means indicating the computed salt intake. |
