PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow health care management based on various nutrition constituents in addition to a salt intake so as to facilitate control for a balanced diet by displaying not only the salt intake but also a potassium intake related to salt absorption, an energy intake, and other various constituents. SOLUTION: An intake salinometer is provided with a storage means storing names of cooking/food, ingredient contents including a salt content of the cooking/food, and energy data, a designating means designating the name of cooking/food to be ingested, a computing means obtaining matching data from the storage means according to the name of cooking/food designated by means of the designating means and computing the salt intake, other constituent intakes, and an energy intake on the basis of the obtained data, and an indicating means indicating the computed salt intake, the other constituent intakes, and the energy intake. |
