PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ionomer composition suitable as a molding for automobile, excellent in scratch resistance, impact resistance, heat resistance and heat fusion. SOLUTION: This ionomer composition comprises an ethylene/unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer ionomer (A), an olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer (B), a copolymer of an olefin and an unsaturated epoxy monomer (C) and carbon black (D) and has ratios of the component (A)/(B) of 50/50-95/5 (weight ratio) and 0.01-1.5 pts.wt. of the component (C) and 1-10 pts.wt. of the component (D) based on 100 pts.wt. of the total of the components (A) and (B).
