PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold having a plurality of parallel ridges capable of molding a molded article having a plurality of parallel fine grooves. SOLUTION: In the mold 1, a plurality of parallel ridges 26a for molding a plurality of parallel fine grooves are formed to slide cores 26, 26'. The cross- sectional shape of these parallel ridges is almost triangular, and the top part of each of the ridges is formed by cutting processing so as to become an obtuse angle, for example, a trapezoidal shape having a flat top. Fine roundness (R) may be applied to the top of each of the ridges.
