PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and quickly perform the chamfering operation according to the condition of a chamfering part. SOLUTION: This chamfering cutter is provided with a blade part 2 and a shank 3 and detachably attached to an electric drill driver by the shank 3. A plurality of peripheral grooves 5 are arranged on the blade part 2 in the direction of a rotational center line 2a and radially released at an opening 5a. V-shaped guide surfaces 6, 7 facing to each other are circumferentially provided on each peripheral groove 5. Grooves with blade 8 are continuously formed between respective guide surfaces 6, 7 on the blade part 2 in a direction of the rotational center axis 2a and radially released at an opening 8a. Parallel blade surfaces 9, 10 facing to each other are provided on the groove with blade 8. The end edges at which both guide surfaces 6, 7 and both blade surfaces 9, 10 cross to each other are taken as cutting edges 11, 12. The blade part 2 has a thinner taper shape toward the tip side.
