PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively control the radiation or inflow into a signal wire pattern of noises such as electrostatic induction and electromagnetic induction absorbed in a ground pattern among conductor patterns formed in a print substrate and to simply strengthen a noise measure. SOLUTION: A conductor pattern 57 having a signal wire pattern 75a and a ground pattern 57b for earth is formed on a surface mounted with electronic parts, a conductor pattern 58 having a signal wire pattern 58a and a ground pattern 58b for earth is formed on its ack and because the thickness of the conductor pattern 58 having smaller area of the ground pattern 58b is thicker than 18μm of the conductor pattern 57, for example 35μm, the volume (capacity) of the ground pattern 58b can be fully large and a measure for noise by electrostatic induction and electromagnetic induction can be simply strengthened.
