摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the junction strength of a resin on a boundary surface. SOLUTION: In a place corresponding to the boundary surface BS between glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene and an elastomer, with the flow resistance of the polypropylene made larger than that of other places, the polypropylene is packed earlier than the elastomer. In this way, the boundary surface BS is made a free surface which is not restricted by a slide core, its flow is stopped, and on the boundary surface BS, the glass fibers are protruded randomly from a reinforced resin part P1 on the side of a simple resin part P2. The contact areas of the glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene and the elastomer can be increased while the increase of a mold cost is controlled and without doing core back work, so that the junction strength between the polypropylene and the elastomer can be increased without causing the increase of the production cost of a panel 400.
