PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for continuously producing a thermosetting resin molding material in which occurrence of a fine powder is low. SOLUTION: The apparatus for granulating the thermosetting resin molding material comprises a pressure roll (A) for rolling the molding material of a molten state in a predetermined thickness, grooving rolls (B) for processing the rolled molding material in a wheat flour state of a predetermined width or processing in a rugged sheet-like state having cutouts of a predetermined interval, and a cutter blade or grooving rolls (C) for cutting the molding material processed in the wheat flour state or the rugged sheet-like state in a predetermined length. The rolls (B) have one set of rolls of two or more in such a manner that at least one roll has a cutter blade shape having a sectional rectangular, triangular or semicircular groove in the apparatus for manufacturing the thermosetting resin molding material.
