PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collection vessel for uranium, in which both contact with seawater and a collecting function can be raised. SOLUTION: A side plate part 2 is arranged on the face of a bottom plate 1 and a collection material 4 is put in the rear part. A side opening part 6 and a base opening part 7 are formed and a front base is made to a semicircular fan type. An opening part 8 for exchanging the collection material is formed in the upper plate and the top surface is made to the semicircular fan type and a back-flow discharge hole 9 is formed. After assembly, the collection material is inserted and a tray 15 equipped with a back-flow blade 13 and an inflow block plate 14 is provided and the collection material is placed and a pressing plate 18 equipped with an introduction blade 16 and an introduction plate 17 is disposed. When a rotary fixture 19 is fitted to a main shaft rope and the vessel is connected, seawater containing uranium or the like flows into a trumpet-shaped suction hole by speed of an ocean current and becomes pressure water shown by arrows and flows into the collection material. Contact amount is increased and flows out of the side, the base and the opening part on the surface of the upper plate and accumulates on the surface of the upper plate. Settled particles flow to the collection material by the introduction blade. When excessive pressure is added to the collection vessel, pressure water is allowed to flow out of a back-flow hole and the collection vessel is protected.
