PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage preventive absorber used with a sanitary napkin for serving a joint between the napkin and a vaginal opening while preventing the occurrence of a gap resulting in the leakage of a menstrual blood using it with the sanitary napkin, and for preventing the leakage while providing the absorbing effect of the napkin, although the menstrual blood bleeds close to a coccyx as it has no contact with the napkin to possibly cause the stain of wears or a bedclothes when the gap exists between a body and the napkin during using the sanitary napkin coping with the menstrual blood. SOLUTION: An elliptically cut non-woven cloth 1 is banked with semi-egg shaped absorbing materials consisting of an absorbing polymer 2 and a water absorbing pulp layer 3 put thereon in sequence. The non-woven cloth 4 is mounted at the upper part and inserted between the sanitary napkin and a vulva portion in the form of sealing the absorbing materials 2, 3 to the shape of the nonwoven cloth 1 with their peripheries adhered with an adhesive 5, until it is deposited to the vulva portion with the vaginal opening as a center. Thus, the leakage of the menstrual blood is prevented.
