PURPOSE: A hair setting apparatus using a motor pump is provided to improve the convenience of use by allowing a user to move only a handle member integrated with a comb in a condition that the container of the apparatus is fixed. CONSTITUTION: The hair setting apparatus comprises: a mousse or gel container(100) provided with a motor pump(110) on the one side thereof; a handle member(200) of hollow tube shape having a transfer passage; and a comb(210) separately coupled to the handle member. The handle member is connected with the motor pump of the container through a tube(130). The handle member is provided with a valve button(202) for opening and closing the transfer passage on the one end, and a longitudinal guide groove on the other end, and a slit communicating with the transfer passage is formed along the inner peripheral of the guide groove.
