INDUCTOR USING CARBON NANO TUBE OR CARBON NANO FIBER

PURPOSE: An inductor using a carbon nano tube or a carbon nano fiber is provided to be compacted by using a carbon nano tube or a carbon nano fiber having a coil shape as an inductor, and to simplify manufacture processes to reduce costs by using a carbon coil enabling mass production with carbon nano technology as the inductor. CONSTITUTION: A carbon nano coil is used as an inductor(10) by synthesizing the carbon nano coils, fixing catalyte on both sides of a predetermined point on a substrate and then synthesizing the carbon nano coil between the catalyte, grouping the synthesized nano coils, or combining the carbon nano coil to matrix material. Carbon nano tubes or carbon nano fibers growing in different crystal surfaces of the catalyte are interlaced each other to be formed into a coil shape by suitably controlling the size and shape of catalyte necessary in synthesizing the carbon nano coils.
