PURPOSE: An urgent call service system of a mobile communication is provided to accurately tracking a position of a user and quickly cope with an urgent situation when the user makes an urgent call by using a CPS and a GPS method, a location tracking system of a mobile communication. CONSTITUTION: When a user using a mobile communication urgent call system is abruptly in an urgent situation, he or she depresses an urgent call button mounted in the mobile communication(1). The urgent call signal transmitted from the mobile communication unit is transmitted according to a CPS or GPS method that is used as a location checking method for a signal transmission(2,3). A police or security/protection service comes to a place of the caller of which ID has been recognized after receiving a call from a mobile communication base station(4). The mobile communication base station can continuously recognize a location change of the user by using the CPS or GPS location tracking method and provides corresponding information. In addition, since a number or a location of a mobile communication unit located nearest to the mobile communication unit of the user who made the urgent call, are recognizable so that the information can be also provided together.
