PURPOSE: A reinforcing structure for a body of a model plane is provided to enable the body to be made of wood by increasing the bending strength of the body, and to extend a gliding time of the model plane. CONSTITUTION: A body(20) of a model plane is formed in a wooden rod shaped member having a desired length. The front part of the body is coupled with a head housing to be coupled with a first fastening loop and a propeller, and the rear part of the body is coupled with a second fastening loop and a tail wing. A wooden thin reinforcing piece(30) is attached to the top surface of the body along a desired length of the body, and at this time only both distal ends(31,32) of the reinforcing piece are attached to the body. The reinforcing piece serves to prevent the bending of the body. The reinforcing piece is manufactured by injection molding synthetic resins.
