PURPOSE: A composition of a dielectric for plasma display panel is provided to reduce the delay of an addressing time and improve the surface roughness of a dielectric thick film by using the dielectric thick film having a low dielectric constant. CONSTITUTION: Mixed powder is fabricated by mixing glass powder of SiO2-ZnO-B2O3 with a first filler powder and a second filler powder or mixing the glass powder of P2O5-ZnO-BaO with the first filler powder according to a predetermined ratio(31). A paste is formed by mixing the mixed powder with organic vehicle according to a predetermined ratio(32). The paste is printed on a lower glass plate(33). A sintering process for the paste is performed under predetermined temperature during a predetermined time(34).
