ABNORMALITY SENSING DEVICE OF SUPPORT BEARING FOR ROTATABLE SHAFT OF POWER TRANSFER TYPE

PURPOSE: An abnormality sensing device of a support bearing is provided to prevent serious malfunction of peripheral components by informing a driver or repairman that a bearing supporting a rotatable shaft is jittered in an axial direction or a radial direction. CONSTITUTION: An abnormality sensing unit detects abnormality of a bearing(12) for supporting a rotatable shaft(10). If the rotatable shaft is jittered in a radial direction or an axial direction by abnormality of the bearing, the jittering is delivered to a sensing bearing(40). If the sensing bearing is jittered axially, a moving unit(34) connected to the bearing is jittered in an axial direction. A transfer unit(30) connected with the moving unit is jittered integrally. The axial jittering of the transfer unit is delivered to a sliding shaft(22) directly to operate a sensor(24). Thereby, a control unit informs a worker of the abnormality of the bearing. The worker takes prompt action on the abnormality of the bearing by exchanging the bearing(12).
