PURPOSE: A method and a system of an electronic card service on demand is provided to promote a convenience of a user and to reduce a damage of the user by deciding a using extent as a using limit, using numbers, an available period, a charging or not, a using place, a using possibility by an anonymity of an electronic card and receiving a card and approving for using in the using extent. CONSTITUTION: A web server(10) is connected to a user terminal(60) and an electronic card affiliated site(70) through the Internet. A card issuing server(20) issues an electronic card applied by a user through the web server(10). A card approving server(30) executes a card approval to an electronic card approval-requested by the electronic card affiliated site(70). A user information database(40) and a card information database(50) store data necessary for issuing and approving of a card of the card issuing server(20) and the card approving server(30). A user who wishes to user an electronic card connects to a web server(10) through the user terminal(60) and may use a cryptography program(62) in transmitting personal information for applying an electronic card. The cryptography program(62) codes user's credit information and a using extent of and an electronic card to be transmitted to the web server(10). The cryptography program(62) has a decoding function for enabling the user to know a registration number of an electronic card being coded and transmitted from the card issuing server(20) to the user. The web server(10) and the user terminal(60) are connected thereto through a network.
