PURPOSE: A car scrapping method by wire/wireless bidirectional media and a car auction system are provided so that car scrapping time and expenses can be reduced and car owners can be prevented from leaving his/her disused car on a road, by differentiating a car scrapping procedure online and providing car scrapping compensation money to the car owners. CONSTITUTION: A car owner inputs minimum information for scrapping a car to an input screen of an online car scrapping compensation inquiry system. When the car owner accesses the online car scrapping compensation inquiry system and inputs a car model and type thereto, car scrapping compensation money is calculated. Here, the car owner can demand car scrapping. When the car owner inputs his/her name, phone number, car model, car type, car number, gear type, current position and other items and takes a member registration procedure, the input information is transmitted to the nearest auto junk yard. A car scrapping store tows the car to the auto junk yard, discomposes, compresses, smashes and cuts the car according to the car scrapping procedure. Thereafter, the registration of the car is canceled in a public office. The car scrapping store pays the car scrapping compensation money to the car owner online, and the car owner inquires the whole processing result online.
