PURPOSE: A method for reusing a waste car into an artificial fishing reef is provided to present a simple waste car reuse measure as well as to produce a safe and economical artificial fishing reef, thus to prevent the contamination of environment. CONSTITUTION: The method for reusing a waste car into an artificial fishing reef comprises the steps for making polymer cement by mixing a mixture of polymer and water with a mixture of cement and silica stone powder; removing tires, oil, seat, and so on from the waste car to leave only metallic parts; depositing the pre-treated waste car in the polymer cement slurry to perform the curing and the surface processing of the waste car; and throwing the waste car to the bottom of the sea.
