PURPOSE: A mail transmitting method using a TTS(Text-To-Speech Converter) is provided to output a message as a text format or as a speech format by converting the message into a speech file and then clicking a corresponding link, thereby enhancing the convenience of the users. CONSTITUTION: First, a confirm mode is displayed if the title and contents of information to be transmitted are input after selecting a desired site. Then, a TTS converts the text into a speech file to store it in a corresponding area of a DB of a server. Next, the titles of information with lip shapes are sequentially displayed if another users access to the server to select a search menu. Then, the speech file is read and output as a speech only when the another users click a link of a lip shape. If the users do not click the link, a text file is output.
