PURPOSE: Stuffing of a pillow is provided to lengthen the life span of a pillow and to have the effective elements of herb infiltrate the human body by embedding pills of herb medicine in the pillow. CONSTITUTION: A pillow(10) has an outer cover(20) and an inner cover(30) made of gauze. Pills(40) of herb medicine are embedded in the inner cover. As herb medicine, 32 medicinal plants like Angelica polymorpha, Ligusticum acutilobum, Angelica dahurica, Eucommia ulmoides, Atractylodes japonica, Angelica tenuissima, cinnamon, ginseng, Ledebouriella seseloides, Platycodon grandiflorum, Rhapontia uniflora, seed of Thuja orientalis, Illicium religiosum and Chinese squill are used. The materials are dried and pulverized. The powder of the materials are mixed at a specific ratio. The mixture is formed as a pill by a forming machine. Therefore, the human body is deeply infiltrated with the effective elements of the plants.
