DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PLASTIC AMPLE

PURPOSE: A device and a method for manufacturing a plastic ample are provided to relieve the uncomfortable feeling when opening a plastic ample by completely removing the gas causing an odor due to parison. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a plastic ample comprises a main mold(20) forming a body of a container, a sealing mold(30) for sealing the upper portion of the container, and a lower mold(40) forming the lower portion of the container and sealing the lower portion. Many vacuum pins(50) are formed in the main mold and the lower mold. The sealing mold has vacuum pins in the upper portion. An extruder(60) for extruding parison(61) and a control box(70) controlling the amount and injecting sequence of an inactive gas and a content are placed in the upper portion of the mold. An injection tube(71) is installed in the control box. The injection tube is lifted down by an adjustable connecting unit(80) in the mold during a process. When the molds are closed, diameter of the section of an upper end(21) of the main mold is smaller than a central portion. Diameter of the section of the lower mold is smaller than the central portion. If the lower mold is closed after parison is lifted down, a closed space is formed among the parison, the main mold and the lower mold. The parison is expanded by removing the air in the closed space by separating the vacuum pin. When opening an ample, an opening cutting unit is formed by a protruded portion(31) of the sealing mold. Therefore, gas is sequentially removed from the upper portion to the lower portion.
