PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door accurately fitting method for improving fitting accuracy of a door. SOLUTION: In this door accurately fitting method for installing the door in door side hinge parts HU1 and HL1 of respective door hinges after respectively installing car body side hinge parts HU2 and HL2 of an upper door hinge HU and a lower door hinge HL on a car body B, while fixing positions of an upper side installing hole of the door side hinge part of the upper door hinge and a lower side installing hole of the door side hinge part of the lower door hinge to the car body, the lower side installing hole of the door side hinge part of the upper door hinge and the upper side installing hole of the door side hinge part of the lower door hinge are accurately fitted as a fitting accuracy adjusting hole to the car body B.
