PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic having durable UV resistance and abrasion resistance. SOLUTION: This plastic has a multilayer-structured coating film comprising at least one zinc oxide-containing layer and at least one abrasion-resistant layer; wherein the zinc oxide to be used is in the form of zinc oxide particles having a primary size of 1-30 nm and surface-treated with 3-glycidoxypropyl trimethoxysilane, and the abrasion-resistant coating film to be used is made of a silicone-based sol-gel material.
