PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow cooking while a cooker is maintained simultaneously at different temperatures by a cooking plate and a heat receiving element for heating by the radiation heat of this cooking plate and to allow the temperature regulation of the heat receiving element. SOLUTION: A heat insulating plate 15 as the heat receiving element is freely attachably and detachably placed on the cooking plate 10 heated by a heater 8. The heat insulating plate 15 is integrally formed in a position where a flat plate part 17 deviates from the central part of a rising wall 16 such that the spacing of a gap part 18 formed between the flat plate part 17 and the cooking plate 10 changes in the case the front surface side is used and the case the rear surface side is used. As a result, the temperature of the flat plate part 17 may be changed in the case the front surface side is used and the case the rear surface side is used.
